Who we are

This site does not use cookies, analytics or any tracking. We do not build a profile of you or follow you around the web.

We use your details for one reason: to reply to you, give you a quote and arrange any work you ask for. Under UK data protection law our lawful basis is taking steps to deal with your enquiry at your request and our legitimate interest in running the business and replying to you.

Who we share them with

We do not sell your details and we do not share them for marketing. We may use trusted services to run the business, such as an email provider. They only handle your details to help us reply to you. We will only share your details if the law requires it.

How long we keep them

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to do the work and for our records, then we delete it. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them or to have them deleted. You can also ask us to stop using them. To do any of these, just contact us using the details above. If you are not happy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
